England reach Women's Euros final with crushing win over Sweden
Lionesses put four past Olympic finalists to set up clash with Germany or France
England are through to their first major women's tournament final since 2009 after a stunning 4-0 victory over Sweden at Euro 2022.
Goals from Beth Mead, Lucy Bronze, Alessia Russo and Fran Kirby did the damage as the Lionesses produced a dominant display to reach the final at Wembley on Sunday.
England will now face either Germany or France in the final, with the match set to be a sell-out.
The Lionesses started the game brightly and took the lead in the 34th minute when Mead fired home from close range after a cross from Lauren James.
Bronze doubled the advantage just before half-time with a header from a corner, before Russo made it 3-0 in the 68th minute with a clinical finish.
Kirby added a fourth in the 77th minute to complete the rout and send England into the final in style.
The victory is a major statement of intent from England, who are now one game away from winning their first major women's tournament since 1984.
